⚙️ Workflows & Task Management
I love improving workflows and making work simpler, better, and joyful. Setting up clean systems where tasks don't fall through the cracks is genuinely my favourite kind of problem.
🟦 ClickUp Workspace Done
Team had work scattered across email and ad-hoc tools, with no clear owner or status visibility.
Set up a shared ClickUp workspace, introduced weekly stand-ups, and rolled out an Agile cadence.
ClickUp, Slack, MS Teams
Less stress, more clarity — team had one place to plan, track, and prioritize.
🟧 Asana Workspace & Templates Done
Recurring publishing and campaign tasks were tracked via email or different Smartsheets, making handovers slow and inconsistent.
Built an Asana workspace with reusable templates for editorial cycles, sponsored content, and webinar promotions.
Asana, SharePoint, Eloqua
Repeatable workflows a teammate can pick up on day one, with fewer missed steps.
🟪 monday.com Setup In progress
Bringing daily task management and cross-team visibility into a single, low-friction board.
Designing boards, automations, and reminder rules tailored to how the team actually works.
monday.com, Outlook, Teams
Currently building & iterating with the team.
Outside of work tools, I'm a fan of keeping it simple — Todoist for personal tasks and a humble Google Sheet for daily work tasks. Just choose what actually works.

📖 Humble Beginnings
"When I grow up, I want to wear a gabardine and support myself." As a child, my idea of success was simple: independence and a stylish gabardine. Decades later, I've achieved independence, but I've realized that gabardines aren't quite my style.
I come from a low/middle-class family. My mother was the first in our family to earn a university degree. My grandfather worked in the merchant marine, and my grandmother held multiple jobs even after retirement. Hard work and dreams have always been part of our lives.
At age 9, I started selling small handmade clay decorations and scoobie strings to friends at school and church. Earning 18 euros was my biggest achievement at the time — and I was overjoyed.
"If you can dream it, you can do it."
Following my passion for online gaming communities, I got into the digital world through SEO and research. I LOVE optimizing things: spotting gaps, connecting people, building solutions. Even though I'm not the most social person, I find joy in bringing the right people together and improving processes to build opportunities for growth.
